The View from the Shard, visit
A symbol of the future, soaring above London.
Rising some 310 meters above London, the remarkable silhouette of the Shard London Bridge is now an integral part of the London skyline.
The Shard London Bridge, designed by world-famous architect Renzo Piano, opened in July 2012. As of February 2013, visitors can take the high-speed kaleidoscopic lifts to the top of the Shard and admire a truly stunning view of the British capital. Reaching high above the city, this jagged shard of glass which emerges beside the Thames offers a unique experience: a complete panorama of London from almost twice the height of any other viewing platform in the city.
With a 360 ° view of more than 40 square miles, day or night, "The View from the Shard" is an essential stop during your trip to London: this building is a veritable symbol of the new London, bringing you into the future of this vibrant European city. At "The View", situated on floors 68, 69 and 72, multimedia screens unveil the history of the city, and show you what it will look like in the future. Don't forget your camera!
